VOLUME REPLACEMENT
Our Approach to Volume Replacement
At Dr Hadges Medical Aesthetics, volume replacement is about restoring natural harmony, not creating artificial fullness. As we age, we lose volume in key areas of the face, leading to a tired or drawn appearance. Our goal is to gently replenish this volume to enhance facial structure and bring back a refreshed, balanced look.
Dr Stephen Hadges applies decades of anatomical knowledge and aesthetic expertise to restore volume with precision and subtlety. Common areas include the cheeks, temples, jawline, chin, and under-eyes - always approached with care, symmetry, and restraint.

COMMONLY TARGETED AREAS
Cheeks – Restore youthful fullness and mid-face lift
Under-Eyes (Tear Troughs) – Reduce hollowing and tired appearance
Temples – Rebalance facial volume and soften bony contours
Chin and Jawline – Define lower face structure for a more harmonious profile
Nasolabial Folds – Gently soften deep folds between the nose and mouth
Marionette Lines – Reduce downward shadows and sagging at the corners of the mouth
DR HADGES MEDICAL AESTHETICS
“Reawaken a sense of youth and vitality without altering who you are.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Volume replacement consultations are available for individuals concerned with facial volume loss, deep lines, or structural imbalance. Treatment options are tailored by a qualified medical professional based on individual assessment.
How It Works (Without Referencing Prescription Products):
During a personalised consultation, a qualified medical professional will:
Assess areas of concern, such as the cheeks, temples, jawline, or under the eyes.
Discuss goals around restoring facial harmony, reducing the appearance of deep lines, and enhancing overall balance.
Recommend a treatment plan tailored to your facial structure, concerns, and desired outcomes. This may involve the use of various therapeutic options available only through consultation with an authorised practitioner.
Cheeks, temples, under-eyes, chin, jawline, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines are commonly treated.
Most patients experience only mild discomfort. We use ultra-fine needles or cannulas and offer numbing options to maximise comfort.
Depending on the area and product used, results typically last between 9 and 18 months.
No. Our approach is conservative and medically guided. Treatments are subtle, aiming for balance and natural contour, never exaggerated volume.
Most clients resume normal activities within 24–48 hours. Mild swelling or bruising may last a few days but is easily managed.
The safety and suitability of volume restoration treatments are determined through a thorough consultation with a qualified medical professional. During this assessment, your medical history, concerns, and goals are reviewed to develop a personalised treatment plan. As with any medical procedure, potential risks and benefits will be discussed to ensure you can make an informed decision.
During your consultation, your practitioner will discuss expected timeframes based on the treatment recommended for your specific concerns. Some clients may notice changes soon after their appointment, while for others, results can develop gradually over time. Individual experiences vary depending on the treatment plan and the body's natural response.
Yes. It’s often combined with wrinkle reduction or skin rejuvenation therapies for a more complete facial refresh.
