Our Story
Born and trained in South Australia, Dr Stephen Hadges has dedicated his life to helping patients feel their best — inside and out. After completing his medical degree at Flinders University and specialising in General Practice, Dr Hadges’ early interest in skin health and aesthetic medicine evolved into a true passion. Over decades of private practice, he has built a reputation for providing thoughtful, safe, and highly personalised care.
Today, Dr Hadges Medical + Aesthetics offers a refined, doctor-led approach to both medical and cosmetic services, ensuring that patients receive not just treatments, but education, guidance, and support rooted in the highest standards of medical integrity.
Meet Dr Stephen Hadges
Dr Hadges brings over 35 years of experience in both general medicine and non-surgical aesthetic treatments. His international training across Australia, the USA, the UK, and Asia-Pacific has shaped a clinical philosophy based on ethics, precision, and genuine patient care.
Known for his calm, consultative approach, Dr Hadges ensures every patient is given the time, attention, and expertise needed to make fully informed decisions. Whether helping manage general health concerns or exploring aesthetic options, he remains committed to achieving natural, age-appropriate outcomes that enhance — rather than alter — a patient's unique features.
Meet Dr Alison Griesbach
Dr Alison is a holistic and experienced General Practitioner with a strong focus on both medical and mental health care. She supports patients through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, binge eating, depression, neurodiversity, and lifestyle-related conditions.
Her approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and centred on whole-person wellbeing. With over 20 years of experience, she also offers pregnancy and shared antenatal care, implanon insertion and removal, and women’s and children’s health. Dr Alison integrates therapies such as hypnotherapy and EMDR into her practice, offering patients powerful, non-pharmacological tools to support deeper and more sustainable healing.
Meet Dr Su-Lin Khor
Dr Su-Lin Khor is a caring and dedicated General Practitioner who brings warmth, experience, and a patient-centred approach to every consultation. She completed her medical degree at the University of Western Australia in 1997 and has since worked across hospitals, family planning services, and general practices in both WA and SA. Awarded her Fellowship with the RACGP in 2008, Dr Su-Lin has special interests in children’s health, women’s health, mental health, sexual and reproductive health, and preventative care. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother of three who enjoys family time and travelling.

Meet Tiffany
With a background in theatre nursing and a strong commitment to clinical excellence, Tiffany brings precision, care, and a well-developed aesthetic eye to her role in the cosmetic industry. As a Registered Nurse with specialised training in aesthetics, she provides safe, customised treatments that enhance natural beauty while prioritising subtle, balanced results.
Tiffany is proficient in non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers. Her approach focuses on refined, natural-looking enhancements that support each client’s individual features and goals. She also offers a wide range of evidence-based dermal therapies, including chemical peels, LED light therapy, and laser treatments using the advanced Excel V+ system for skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, and vascular concerns.
Working closely alongside Dr Hadges, Tiffany is dedicated to delivering treatments with the highest standards of safety, care, and professionalism. She values clear communication and thoughtful consultation, taking the time to understand her clients' needs and create realistic, confidence-boosting outcomes.
